SCIA is an initiative that is focused on helping individuals define and set plans to place the care of themselves first. This care is inclusive of physical health and mental wellness. While fun and enjoyable activities are inclusive of this definition, a broader approach is encouraged.

The mission of SCIA is to help provide guidance to individuals and agencies by providing education, workshops, individual consulting, group outings, team building, and activities designed to ensure individuals have the knowledge needed to define self-care for themselves.
That individuals are provided an opportunity to enhance their awareness related to the care of themselves.
As an organization, we would like to support self-determination by enhancing awareness and providing concreate examples and opportunities to practice self-care. This support will focus on:
